JUST-SHOP 'Join The Party' Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Information on how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions and an acknowledgement that this is part of the JUST-SHOP loyalty program; which is governed by the JUST-SHOP Membership Terms and Conditions (available at Participating Just Jeans Stores and at www.justjeans.com.au).
   
   
2. The promoter is Just Jeans Pty Ltd, 658 Church Street Richmond VIC 3121. ACN 72 004 890 057 (“Just Jeans”)
   
   
3. This promotion commences at 9.00am (AEST) Monday, 28th July 2008 and closes at 5.00pm (AEST) Sunday, 31st August 2008 ("Promotional Period").
   
   
4. “Participating Just Jeans Stores” means all Just Jeans stores in Australia (excluding Just Jeans online and factory outlets).
   
   
5. To be eligible for entry a person must be a valid JUST-SHOP Cardholder. Employees of Just Jeans and/or their related entities are not eligible to enter this Competition (“Valid Members”).
   
   
6. All ‘Valid’ JUST-SHOP Members who make a purchase from 9.00am (AEST) Monday, 28th July 2008 and 5.00pm (AEST) Sunday, 31st August 2008 at a Participating Just Jeans Store and present their JUST-SHOP Card at the time of making the purchase (“Qualifying Purchase”), will have the opportunity to win an instant prize.
   
   
7. Instant Win Prizes

   7.1. ‘Valid’ JUST-SHOP members who make a Qualifying Purchase will also have a chance to win an instant prize. Instant prizes will be awarded randomly by computer selection. If a Cardholder is the winner of an instant prize, he or she will be provided with a voucher that will print out automatically with details of the prize and how it can be collected.
   
   The instant prizes to be won are:
   a) A total of 50 Fuji Z20FD digital cameras – RRP $299 each.

   7.2. The total instant prize pool is valued at $14,950.00.

   7.3. All claims for prizes will be met notwithstanding that the advertised prize pool has been exceeded. Printing errors or other quality control matters outside the control of the individual player shall not be used as a means for refusing to award the prize.

   
   
8. Winners of prizes over the value of $100 will be advertised in the Australian Newspaper on Friday 5th September 2008.
   
   
9. A draw for any unclaimed prizes will be done by random computer selection and will take place at 1pm EST on 5th December2008 at Visible Results, Unit 1, 10 –20 McEvoy Street Waterloo, NSW. All valid JUST-SHOP Cardholders who made a purchase at a Participating Just Jeans Store during the Promotional Period and presented their JUST-SHOP Card at the time of making a purchase will be entered into this draw. If an unclaimed prize draw is necessary, the winners will be notified by telephone, mail and his or her name and suburb will be published in The Australian newspaper on Tuesday 11th December 2008.
   
   
10. Prize values are correct at the time of printing and are subject to change without notice. Just Jeans Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for changes to prize values.
    
    
11. All prizes are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services.
    
    
12. Any tax implications for Eligible Persons, which may arise from this promotion are the responsibility of the Eligible Persons, and independent advice should be sought.
    
13. In conducting this promotion Just Jeans Pty Ltd:
    
    1. will use your name and contact information collected from you for purposes relating to and arising from this promotion;
    2. will publish all prize winner’s names and their suburb and the names of all winners and their suburb following any unclaimed prize draw;
    3. may require the winner of the prize to provide proof of identity and age;
    4. will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from incorrect details being provided by entrants; and
    5. may otherwise use and disclose the entrant’s personal contact information as required or authorised by law.
    6. may publish the winner’s full name, suburb and state of residence on www.justjeans.com.au for a period of one month and on one JUST-SHOP e-newsletter to be sent to the entire JUST-SHOP email membership base.
       
       
14. Just Jeans and its respective related bodies corporate, officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with this competition, the promotion of this competition or the use of the prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
